Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original SFERRA packaging and include the return authorization slip inside the shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
